Artful Yoga Play is creating a volunteer program with the Encinitas High School to provide high school students valuable volunteer experience in working with elementary kids at the Boys & Girls Club as well as experience in the digital arts. Not only will you be giving back to kids that are in need, but the volunteer experience is great for your college resume. What better resume builder than to say you volunteered for the Boys & Girls Club!!
Creative Art Volunteers: You'll work directly with the kids during their Artful Yoga Play sessions providing one on one creative guidance on drawing. Our Artful Yoga Play Teacher (Marci) will be right there as your mentor guiding you how to interact with the kids.
Digital Art Volunteers: You'll be helping to create the digital animated videos that become the backdrop on the big screen during the final Artful Yoga Play performance. Our digital media mentor (Jeff) will help you in the process, but your creativity is what will bring the kids art to life on the big screen.
